1. Who We Are

Visions to Reality Inc. is a licensed and insured Florida certified general contractor (licence CGC1539602) based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We install hurricane-rated impact windows and doors and carry out kitchen and bathroom remodeling, cabinetry, flooring and painting across Broward County, Miami-Dade County and Palm Beach County.

This policy covers visions-reality.net and the estimate requests, phone calls, text messages and emails that come through it. It does not cover any third-party website you reach by following a link from ours.

2. What We Collect

Information you give us

When you request an estimate, book a consultation, use the chat widget or contact us directly, we collect what you choose to provide:

• Your name
• Phone number and email address
• The address of the property the work would be done at
• Details about the project - openings to be replaced, rooms, scope, timing, budget range
• Photographs or documents you send us about the property
• Anything else you write in a message to us

We ask for the property address because impact window and door work is permitted and inspected by the local building department, and because wind-load requirements differ by location. We need it to quote accurately - not to market to your neighbours.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed, and the site or ad that referred you. This is collected through the analytics and advertising tools listed in section 5.

3. How We Use It

• To prepare and send you an estimate
• To schedule and carry out a site visit, measurement or installation
• To apply for permits and arrange inspections for your project
• To answer your questions and follow up on a request you started
• To send project updates, appointment reminders and invoices
• To ask for a review after the work is finished
• To measure which ads and pages actually produce enquiries
• To keep records we are required to keep as a licensed contractor

We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade or rent your contact details to other contractors, lead brokers or marketing companies.

4. Calls and Text Messages

When you submit a form or ask us to text you, you agree that we may contact you by phone call and SMS at the number you gave, including through an automated system, about your estimate and your project. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Message frequency varies with the stage of your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us calling or emailing you about work already under way.

Our messaging is registered under the carrier A2P 10DLC programme, which is why our business name, physical address and licence number appear in the site footer.

5. Third-Party Services

These services run on our site or handle our communications, and each has its own privacy policy:

• LeadConnector / HighLevel - powers our estimate forms, booking calendar, chat widget, email and SMS follow-up, and stores our customer records.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) - tells us which of our ads led to an enquiry and lets us show ads to people who visited the site.
• Google - Google Fonts serves the site's typeface; our Google Business Profile hosts our reviews, map listing and directions.
• Reputation review widget - displays our customer reviews on the homepage.

We may also share information with people who need it to complete your project: permit expediters and building departments, window and door manufacturers and suppliers, installation crews, and our insurer. We share only what the job requires.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar browser storage for three things: keeping the chat widget working between pages, remembering that a form was already submitted so a single enquiry is not counted twice, and letting the Meta Pixel attribute an enquiry to the ad that produced it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though the chat widget may not remember your conversation. You can also limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences, and in your device's privacy settings.

7. Who We Share With

Beyond the service providers and project partners above, we disclose information only when:

• You ask us to, or direct us to share it
• The law, a subpoena or a building authority requires it
• It is needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, including a lien
• The business is sold or merged, in which case your information transfers with it

8. How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that never become projects are kept while they are still commercially relevant, then deleted. Records tied to completed work - contracts, permits, inspections, invoices and warranty documentation - are kept for as long as Florida law and our licence obligations require, and for as long as a warranty claim or lien period remains open.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and our customer records sit behind password-protected accounts with access limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security - please do not send payment card numbers or government ID numbers through the website forms or chat.

10. Your Choices

• Email - use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Texts - reply STOP.
• Phone - tell us and we will stop calling.
• Access, correction or deletion - email Patricelopez@visions-reality.net and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep records we are legally required to retain.

11. Children

Our services are sold to property owners and decision-makers. The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services or the tools we use change. The revision date at the top of the page always shows when the text last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
